The work-around

My partner was out of town and my jacked-up wrist took pretty much all the “pushing” and “pressing” exercises off the menu so Josh got a little creative with the workout. We found that hanging the weight didn’t hurt my wrist so we did deadlifts with kettle bells. Stay tuned for more handi-capable exercises coming soon!

Warm up with…
Joint mobility
Then…
Static Dead Lifts.
Sumo stance. Vertical plank at top for 30 sec with 30 sec rest between reps.
2 x 12kg KB SDL
2 x 16kg KB SDL
2 x 20kg KB SDL
2 x 24kg KB SDL
2 sets
Then…
30 min Airdyne @ 70rpm
Total: 500+ calories
