Ladders

I don’t know if I’m using the term correctly but when I do a workout with decreasing/increasing reps I think of it as a ladder and that I’m climbing up/down. The workout for today was simple. 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups. I used a “ladder” to break it up into goal sized chunks and make it a little more fun.

Day 31 – July 20, 2009
100 x push-up
100 x sit up
19 set ladder with (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1) reps
